Hi Rebecca,
I think it depends on how long it cooks. Also, I find the topping to be crispier when made with almond flour than wheat flour.

I find slow cooker puddings fascinating and yet I’ve still not tried one, does the crumble topping go soggy or crisp in a slow cooker if you have the lid on? I love all these flavours and am super keen to try myself.

I’m a big fan of using my slow cooker, but I’ve never tried this. It looks amazing and so easy to leave it to cook.
