Hi Rachel. Thanks for your kind comment. It looks like it was cut off a little. To freeze, I place it in a shallow plastic container and it’s good to label with the date. It should be fresh for 3 months.

I’m always looking for new vegan recipes. I love that I can just place everything in the slow cooker and don’t have to do much more!
