Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, sifted
  • teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 tablespoons plant-based milk
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree canned
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon chopped dark chocolate

Method
 

  1. Mix together the flours, cocoa, baking soda, and pumpkin pie spice well with a spoon or small whisk in a large mug.
  2. Add the plant-based milk, pumpkin puree, olive oil, and maple syrup. Mix together well with a spoon about 15 - 20 times until all of the flour mixture is combined with the wet ingredients.
  3. Top with the chopped dark chocolate pieces.
  4. Microwave for 60 - 75 seconds.
