Method
- Place the cabbage, red pepper, carrots, peanuts, edamame, and green onnions into a large bolw.
- To make the dressing, microwave the peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl for 15 seconds. Add the lime juice, water, tamari sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and black pepper and stir well with a whisk.
- Slowly pour in the oil while whisking the dressing. Pour the dressing onto the salad right before serving it.
