Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 dash ground black pepper
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 1 dash powdered ginger

Method
 

  1. Combine water, tahini, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, and powdered ginger with a small whisk in a small bowl.
  2. Drizzle the olive oil into the mixture and whisk together until combined and smooth.
