  • ¼ cup rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or agave nectar
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
