Strawberry Mango Tajin Margarita Mocktails

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice from 2 limes
  • ½ teaspoon low sodium Tajin seasoning
  • 1 cup orange sparkling water
  • ½ cup mango fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup ice chips
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • lime slices and strawberries for garnishes

Equipment

  • Blender or immersion blender
  • Citrus juicer (optional)
  • paring knife

Method
 

  1. Cut a small wedge of lime and squeeze it around the rim of 2 glasses. Juice 2 limes,
  2. Sprinkle a teaspoon of low-sodium Tajin seasoning onto a separate plate. Swish the rims of the glasses in the Tajin to coat them.
  3. If using frozen fruit, microwave it for about 30 seconds first. Place the strawberries, mango, maple syrup, sparkling water, and ice chips in the blender or blender cup. Blend for about 10 seconds or until smooth.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve.

Notes
